Returns
◆ General Returns:
NEOLUXPRO accepts returns for most products within 7 days from the date of purchase .
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging .
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
◆ Replaced products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service at neoluxpro@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return, exchange or refund.
NEOLUXPRO will bear all costs related to a defective product.
Our policy is valid for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
◆ Cases where reimbursement cannot be made:
- The item is sent to an incorrect address (including a return directly to the shipping address without contacting us first).
- You choose a return method with payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery – COD) .
